A Few Reminders

  • During April, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at Colony High School, please meet at the faculty parking lot rather than the track due to soccer games on the fields.
  • Remember to bring a watch, preferably digital, though doesn't need to be fancy.
  • April can still be chilly and windy, make sure to dress in layers with hat, gloves, jacket and pants.
  • Check Coaches Corner for tips on this week's run!
  • Register for the 2019 Season!

* Due to our club's limited operating budget we impose a 3.5% surcharge on credit card payments that is not greater than our cost of acceptance. All registrations must be completed online. Payments may be made online with a credit card or in person to our treasurer with personal check or cash. Please see a Board member if you have difficulty registering.  We're here to help!
