Beginner's Clinic - Track Session

After attending Coach Rhonda's classroom session, meet her on the track to learn more about the new skills and information she taught!

What:     Preseason Running Clinic for beginners
Who:      Beginner runners of all ages.      
When:     April 13th (Classroom session @ Teeland Middle School)
                April 15th (Track session @ Colony High School)
Cost:        $40 for both sessions, plus 3.5% credit card surcharge

• Proper clothing and shoes
• Nutrition
• Injury/prevention
• Training plan/schedule
• Q & A

• Proper running form & technique
• Introduction of the basic principles of speedwork, drills & pacing
• Get outside and have fun running with other beginner runners!
